We’re thrilled to announce Chuck & Don’s has been ranked first by Newsweek for ​​Best Customer Service 2023 in the pet care category. Earlier this year, we were also recognized by Newsweek as a top retailer.  

To determine which brands consistently go above and beyond for their customers, Newsweek partnered with data research firm Statista. They considered factors such as website accessibility, ease of returns and overall friendliness in their ranking of hundreds of brands.
