Chuck & Don’s does not collect information at this Site that would personally identify you unless you choose to provide it to us, such as when you send us an e-mail. However, Chuck & Don’s may collect personally identifiable information from you while we engage in business with you.

2. What are cookies and how are they used by Chuck & Don’s?

Chuck & Don’s collects information about visitors to the Site using “cookies.” Cookies are anonymous, unique identifiers that are on some of our web pages on the Site that may send data to our web server or store data on your computer. Chuck & Don’s is committed to keeping personal identifying information confidential. The security of your personally identifiable information is important to us. Although Chuck & Don’s cannot guarantee against loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or destruction of data, we use commercially reasonable security measures to protect you from such occurrences. The Site is intended for general audiences. In order to respect the privacy of children online, Chuck & Don’s does not knowingly collect, maintain or process personally identifiable information submitted by children under the age of 13.
