It also supplies minerals that are needed to metabolize vitamins, enzymes, carbohydrates, and proteins. The total GAG content of Super Snout’s Green Lipped Mussel Powder is generally in the range of 2 – 3%. Of this, nearly all is heparin sulphate (about 98%) and only 2% is chondroitin sulphate.
