Fetch by Chuck & Don’s will be launching this summer in Denver. Fetch is an online shopping service which includes home delivery of pet food and supplies throughout the Minneapolis-metro area.

Chuck & Don’s is busy working to launch Fetch in the Denver area. Watch for updates. Customers will be able to select and make purchases online, and have those items delivered right to their front door. Delivery will be free for orders over $49 otherwise, it’ll be just $5.50.*

Fetch Delivers was founded by Jay Cowan in 2006 with a simple mission statement: Never run out of pet food again.

Prior to 2006, Jay had achieved success founding, operating, and selling a local pet food retail store in the Uptown area of Minneapolis. Using the insights from that experience and enthusiasm for emerging technology, Jay brought together talented individuals from the Twin Cities with diverse professional backgrounds in pet care, technology, marketing, and business to build a locally focused pet food and supply delivery company that would operate online with a virtual storefront and deliver right to your door. was born.

Continuing a focus on the local community, Fetch Delivers formed long-running partnerships with locally based animal rescues Safe Hands and MARS (Midwest Animal Rescue Services). Fetch Delivers donated the use of their NE Minneapolis warehouse space on weekends for these organizations and others to host meet & greet adoption events and fundraisers. Fetch Delivers also created ways for supporters of these rescues to donate a portion of the revenue from their personal orders with Fetch Delivers back to those organizations.

In 2010, Fetch Delivers welcomed Rory Malone as the Director of Operations. Since that time Rory focused on delivering best-in-class customer support from management of customer order logistics to offering customers extensive product knowledge whenever they had questions. In an increasingly competitive marketplace for pet food and supplies, customers remained loyal to Fetch Delivers as a primary result of his dedication to them and to meeting the food and supply needs for their pets. To this day Rory knows most Fetch customers by their first name.

In January 2017, Fetch was acquired by Chuck & Don’s to add ecommerce and expanded home-delivery capabilities for their customers. Rory Malone joined the Chuck & Don’s team in the acquisition to continue his excellent customer service with the Fetch customers he has come to know so well and to extend that service and his product knowledge to Chuck & Don’s customers.
