Will my login be the same on the new website?
Yes, all of your login information will be the same. You'll simply need to reset your password the first time you log into our new website. See directions below on how to reset your password.
How do I reset my password?
- Go to www.chuckanddons.com and click “My Account” in the top right of the screen
- Select “Forgot Your Password?” to reset your password.
- Enter your email, type in the numbers from the Captcha and click “Reset My Password”
- Open your email and follow the instructions in the email to finish resetting your password
How do I update my credit card information?
- If you haven't reset your password, use the directions above to create a new password
- From chuckanddons.com, click “My Account” and sign in using your new password
- From your dashboard, check that you have an address under "Default Billing Address."
- If there's not a "Default Billing Address," select "Manage Addresses"
- Enter your billing address and click “Save Address”
Will my rewards still work on the new website?
Yes, your rewards will automatically transfer to the new website.
