What is a good food for cats that are diabetic?

As a general rule you will want to select foods that are low in carbohydrates (below 10 - 12 percent of calories from carbs is generally advised) Below are foods that are carried at Chuck & Don's, which are low carb, and therefore deemed suitable for a diabetic cat:
