Assist in the design and planning of human resources policies and programs
 Updates HR policy manuals
 Implements human resources programs including:
 Staffing
 Compensation
 Benefits
 Team member relations
 Training
 Safety programs
 Oversees and updates content for team member HR website
 Holds store personnel accountable to HR standards
 Provides ongoing HR development and training to store management at monthly meetings
 For consideration applicants must possess:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related area
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
